With this being a 1 on 1 retreat, we can tailor it specifically to your wants and needs! Every woman is at a different place in her journey, looking for guidance in different areas of her life - this personalized approach makes sure we are touching on what is the most impactful and unique to YOUR story. We can choose any location (in the USA), any date, and any length of time to create the exact transformation you need!

Doing healing & self-discovery work is not something I take lightly. For this reason, there is a 4 week preparation process included in the retreat cost. That is where we will get our mind, bodies, and soul’s ready to have to most impactful and healing experience. In addition, post-retreat support is included to ensure all breakthroughs we experience are lovingly integrated.

Whether you want to try a physical challenge, need to practice more presence, breath-work, a custom meditation, manifestation session, connect with your femininity, sit in prayer, or write a letter to your ex and burn it, we will make sure everything we do on this retreat is what YOU need. No generic fillers, no generic noise. This is an opportunity to go DEEP into your shit, and work through it. With my undivided attention, many layers will be pulled back, and alot of work will be done.

With the noise quieted - leaving life behind and fully immersing in the healing work - we are provided an opportunity to find clarity on what our soul truly needs to continue to grow and find joy in this human experience. A week like this one brings for incredible breakthroughs, earned confidence and strength (inner-work is not always comfortable), and our heart’s deepest questions to be answered. When you are willing to do the hard work, life unfolds.

In addition to your personalized workshops and activities, your entire retreat experience - all lessons, breakthroughs, and takeaways - will be given to you in a book/binder format that you can keep forever. There will also be content to help support you in continuing your journey after our retreat work is complete.

All sleeping accommodations are provided during the retreat experience. Nourishment is provided with a menu that addresses the energetic demands of an experience like this one. Lastly, transportation is provided both ways to and from the airport.
